Kolby had a great weekend. She is feeling really good and her attitude is positive! We love these days. She even went to church today and attended all three meetings.
After church the Stake Young Women's Presidency came over and delivered the scrap book they made for her with letters that other Young Women wrote to her while they were attending Girls Camp. Kolby wasn't able to attend this year due to her illness and treatments. The scrapbook
is absolutely darling. It has pictures in it and lots of heartfelt letters to Kolby. Kolby loved it. Kolby is so blessed to have so many friends and people who care about her. We are so thankful for all of the girls and leaders who took the time to write Kolby a letter. She will treasure
this book forever. Thank you!
Well Kolby has another busy week ahead of her. She has a jewelry party that is being thrown for her in her behalf, lots of Student Counsel activities, including the Homecoming Assembly where they will announce the winners. Kolby was nominated for the Sophomore Dutchess and she will find out if she won. There is also the Homecoming football game that
she is excited to attend. Being on the Student Counsel, they are in charge of the decorations, the float, and clean up. Also, Schofield Middle School where Kolby attended, they are holding a "Run For Kolby" on Thursday. Kolby and John are going to attend. So, she is going to be a busy girl this
upcoming week. So, we hope and pray that her health
will be able to keep up with her! :o)

ReplyDeleteWow, busy! I hope you can handle it all because it's sure nice that you're able to get out and do normal life things. I'm sure it's some of the best medicine out there! :) Just listen to your body!!! (sorry I sound like a second mom. haha). That scrap book turned out so cute! I'm glad you love it. It was fun seeing people writing pages for you all week up at camp!! I cna't wait to hear how this busy week went. You're 1 tough cookie ;)
